My Sheath Little White Dress

It is time for blogging again. Blogging has been in my dream for a long time. It seems to me that I never get the chance to do that till recently I created my little home  here……Thanks for my followers and friends who give me such great encouragement and confidence to go on. I truly believe that blogging is a great way to build character and discipline. I feel that I have a lot to share about my point of view of fashion and beauty. And this is a a great platform for me to learn as well.

Today I am going to show you one of my favorite sheath little white dresses by Nicole Miller Studio that I bought at a really bargain price at clearance at Stein Mart.

This gorgeous piece with gold foil print detail is really eye catching. Flattering V neckline and slightly capped sleeves is a great summer style.  I paired it with my favorite black & ivory pump by Violet & Red,  gold color bracelet from Ann Taylor and again my lovely fuchsia color straw handbag.

I am following strictly the 3-color rule here :-)That is to limit your colors : No more than 3 colors in any look. Some people think it is outdated, but I still believe that you can’t go wrong by keeping the rule strictly and you will look simple and chic.

I paired the dress with ears rings this time – black & gold color clip-on to give a more stylish look. I am unable to wear regular earrings due to sensitive skins. Clip-on style ear rings is OK for me:-)

What do you think about this look today? Please put your feedback on the comment section.

Hope everyone a relaxing weekend. I will see you guys next time.

  1. That sheath dress looks so good on you, it shows off your beautiful leg, I especially like your pump to match that dress.
I admire you to keep this blog and I can learn something from you.

  2. A very chic look Bonnie and lovely hairdo! Three colours do make a simple, classy look and if I wear solid colours I usually stick to two or three, but with prints, especially florals, my outfits have many colours. 🙂

  3. Hi Bonnie, the sheath dress is so cute ! The 3 color rule makes for a classier look and you nailed it. The length is perfect . I do like the pumps and that straw bag is so fun in fuscia ! Have a great day, hugs, Terri xo.
